Se trata de suplementos a base de minerales de tipo quelado, citrato, ascorbato, gluconato, etc.  Debemos evitar los carbonatos, sulfatos y los \u00f3xidos. Tambi\u00e9n produce diabetes por aumento de la resistencia a la insulina y aumenta la obesidad por medio de una hormona llamada \u2018ghrelin\u2019, que estimula el apetito.
