I realized that yoga is very helpful and healthy, but it doesn\u2019t address chronic vertebral subluxations.<\/p>\n
Now, besides continuing with yoga, I try to keep these newly acquired good habits. Also, I continue with maintenance chiropractic care every two months to prevent osteoarthritis and to keep spinal nerves free from interference, ensuring the proper communication flow between the brain the rest of my body.<\/p>\n
Of course you must go to a chiropractor before symptoms arise. In fact, the sooner you discover and correct vertebral subluxations the better.<\/p>\n
