My name is Joan Hernandez and I am 59 years old. I work in IT and I am a vegetarian.<\/p>\n

I would like to give a message of hope to all those people who suffer often from back pain and also those who suffer from stomach pain, poor digestion, kidney problems, headaches etc as a consequence of spinal injuries.<\/p>\n

I also had a period in my life when I suffered from these pains and luckily I found a way to get rid of them. The injuries we have don’t disappear but chiropractic care can help us achieve a normal quality of life.<\/p>\n

Don’t get carried away with operations, medicines, tranquilisers etc. They are no use and can even be very harmful for your health. The truth is they are only a sticking plaster.<\/p>\n

Chiropractors treat ill people without medicines, in a non-traumatic, non-aggressive way that leads to quick improvements. It is also important that you make some effort to improve your health through a healthy diet and sensible weight.<\/p>\n

I hope my experience is useful and helps you to improve your health. Health, for me, is priceless. For all the advantages of chiropractic care, there is one disadvantage – the doctor has to be very good. I don’t take risks. The only person I allow to treat me is my friend Angela and I thank her for everything she has done for me, my wife, my children and many relatives and friends. <\/p>\n

Also, for what she has done to widen the use of chiropractic medicine in Catalonia. I encourage her to continue this very important work, improving people’s quality of life and happiness. <\/p>\n
